Guidelines for DMCA Takedowns and Counter-Notices If a valid DMCA takedown request is received, we will remove the content as required by copyright law. In the interest of fairness, we may share the DMCA notice details, including the complainant’s contact information, with the accused infringer. If your content was incorrectly removed, you can file a counter-notice that includes: identification of the content removed and its previous location, your name, mailing address, phone number, and email, a sworn declaration affirming that the removal was done in error, a statement agreeing to legal action, and your signature (either physical or electronic). Once a valid counter-notice is received, we may reinstate the content unless the complainant takes legal action.
