If your content was incorrectly removed, you can file a counter-notice that includes: identification of the content removed and its previous location, your name, mailing address, phone number, and email, a sworn declaration affirming that the removal was done in error, a statement agreeing to legal action, and your signature (either physical or electronic). Once a valid counter-notice is received, we may reinstate the content unless the complainant takes legal action.
